Comprehensive School Literacy Transformation Package

Service Period: August 4, 2025 - May 29, 2026

Overview

Package 2 provides comprehensive literacy support by working directly with a student’s entire team of supporters: administrators, teachers, students, and parents. This package ensures a structured, data-driven reading intervention system, with double the support hours of Package 1 and a more hands-on, collaborative approach.

Featured Support

Administrator Support

  • Beginning-of-the-Year Planning Meeting with leadership to review school and staff needs, professional development goals, curriculum, and strategies for at-risk students.

  • Reading Materials Analysis to assess current curriculum alignment with multi-sensory structured reading practices based on the science of reading.

  • 30-, 60-, and 90-day Administrator Check-Ins to ensure progress and alignment with school-wide literacy goals.

  • Quarterly Feedback Reports summarizing teacher engagement and literacy progress.
     

Teacher Support Options

  • Support hours (in-person or virtual) based on the number of classroom teachers participating. See pricing structure for designated support hours. Support hours may be scheduled across multiple days or consolidated into one.

  • Initial teacher training on multi-sensory structured reading instruction, assessment timelines, and intervention strategies.

  • Email support for guidance and troubleshooting.

  • Custom literacy implementation plans based on teachers’ backgrounds in reading instruction.

  • Staff coaching and curriculum check-ins to ensure ongoing support.

  • Intervention planning & progress monitoring for struggling readers.

  • Small group instruction training to enhance targeted reading interventions.

  • Collaborative literacy brainstorming to refine strategies and improve instruction.

  • Digital or physical organization of reading instruction and intervention materials.

  • Creating classroom reading progress monitoring routines to track student success.

  • Training on family communication to guide transparent and empathetic discussions with families of struggling readers.

  • Guidance on referrals to Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Occupational Therapists (OT), or additional outside support when necessary.

End-of-Year Literacy Impact Meeting & Report

  • In-class modeling of assessments and small-group interventions.

  • In-class literacy lesson demonstrations.

Direct Parent Support

  • Parent Meetings: One-to-one support for guiding at-home literacy reinforcement, based on the number of classroom teachers.

  • Compassionate parent discussions: Discussions that educate parents with simple and clear reading
    explanation that inform and empower parents and decreases parent shame and guilt related to their child’s struggles in reading.

  • Individualized Student Plans: Collaboration with teachers, therapist, and parents to create customized intervention plans.

  • Home Intervention Strategies: Simple, short, no-prep support to reinforce literacy practices at home for each reading skill.

Customization & Flexibility

  • Schools can allocate increased direct support hours based on specific needs (e.g., more student intervention vs. teacher coaching).

  • Support hours can be spread over multiple days to fit teacher schedules.

  • Parent conferences and meetings can be held in-person or virtually for convenience.
